A few of my favorite things during the month of February...
I finally got a new phone case this month! It's not nearly as cute as my last one, but at least I know it's not going to fly off the next time I drop it.
I usually try and stay away from potted lip products because I think they're pretty unsanitary, but I made an exception for these because they smell so freakin' good! Some people have said they smell like strawberry kiwi, but to me, it's more of a watermelon scent. They are expensive at $15 each and the two I have (Hush Hush-gold and Tread Gently-yellow) are very sheer, but they aren't sticky and feel nice and moisturizing on the lips.
I've been searching for the perfect medium/dark pink cream nail polish for months now and finally found one at ULTA this month. This polish is opaque after just one coat, it isn't streaky, and the color isn't too bright/loud to wear at the office.
I randomly picked this lotion up at Sephora at the beginning of the month and I have to say, I think it's my new favorite hand lotion. It smells amazing, doesn't make my hands feel greasy, and is only $10!
If you love bananas, then you definitely need to give these a try. They really are soft and chewy like the box says and they're much bigger than most other breakfast bars that I've tried. You can find them at Target or in the health food section of your local grocery store (they may be in the cereal/pop-tart/breakfast bar aisle at some grocery stores, just not mine).

I'm totally going to go hunt down those Mac Tendertones...they look awesome and it's so hard to find a lip gloss that's not sticky! I always love reading your monthly favorite things list..thanks for sharing!

I went a little overboard with some of my Girl Scout Cookies too and I still haven't even received all of my cookies yet. I'm also going to check out the Kashi bars as well. I haven't paid attention to those before. Thanks for sharing your favorites!

ReplyDeleteI'm such a polish junkie-- that OPI Japanese Rose Garden polish looks perfect for Spring. I'm gunna have to put it on my to-buy nail polish list. (Yes, I keep a list! *I'm dedicated.*)
ReplyDeleteThe Soap and Glory hand food is one of my all-time favorites as well-- I always have one in my purse and on my nightstand. I also use the shower gel and body butter by the same brand. All of the products I've tried from them so far have been no less than amazing.
As for some of my own February favorites-- Paul and Joe nail polish and lipsticks, NARS blush in Deep Throat, and Skin79 Super+ Triple Function bb cream are some from the list.
Those are my absolute fav GS cookies! Not a lot of people have those in their top of the list choices....which means more for us! I'll have to try the Kashi bars, too!

I would try to find the Tendertones ASAP! The collection came out several weeks ago and some of them were already sold out when I checked 2 weekends ago.

ReplyDeleteThey've always been my favorite, except for last year. For some reason, they tasted a little different to me. I don't know if they changed the recipe or what.
ReplyDeleteI really want to try the body butter by Soap & Glory. They had a set for sale at Sephora that included that, the hand lotion, a loofa, and the shower gel, but I passed because I wanted to see if I liked the lotion first. Think I might go back and get it when my lotion is gone.
