So this is my first attempt at starting a blog. Yay! I have lots of Anthropologie blogs on my Google Reader that I read daily and I love seeing what everyone is wearing/trying on everyday. So I figured, why not share my photos/reviews with everyone as well? Especially since I'm in Anthropologie so much (it doesn't help that one is close to my work!). I'm sorry I don't have anything too exciting to share in my first post, but I will show you the outfit I wore today. It was 100% inspired by Kim at Anthroholic. I love this blouse so much! When I first saw it, I didn't even give it a chance because I've always thought gray looks awful against my skin tone (I'm very fair). Then when it went on sale, I decided to try it on. I actually kind of liked it, so I had the SA hold it for me until the next day. Well, the next day came and I still wasn't 100% sold, so I didn't get it. Then when I started seeing it on bloggers and I looked back at the pictures of me in it, I knew I had to have it. Luckily, one of Kim's (Anthroholic) readers helped me snag it from another store. Love it!

Very cute ootd! I am giddy that I was able to find the ice-capped blouse in my size in a catalog pop-back yesterday - whoohoo! I just got the shipping confirmation :) Can't wait to see your reviews this weekend, I don't live near a store myself, so I live for these Anthro blogs!
ReplyDeleteWelcome to the Anthro blogging collective. :)
ReplyDeleteSuper cute ootd! And I think this grey looks nice against your skintone! If I remember correctly, there is a slight blueish cast to this grey top (almost like slate?)--so maybe that's why it looks flattering on you. It was "meh" on me (I have a golden tinge to my skintone)! I look forward to your new posts!
ReplyDeleteWOO HOO! Love it when bloggers start Anthro blogs :-)
ReplyDeletethat blouse looks so pretty on you and i think those shoes go perfect with that outfit! so cute
ReplyDeleteHi Sara. My name is Ada. I became a follower and fan of your blog, just yesterday. When I follow someone, I like to read/start from the beggining so I am checking out your outfits, getting to know you as a person and your style. You look very eclectic and chic here. I love the ruffly top & the Mary Janes.
ReplyDeletePlease follow my blog as I am NEW to blogging and only started this a couple of months ago. ;-)
